Vida Nocturna

Although, San José, the capital of Costa Rica, is comparatively a small city, it does have a highly varied and interesting nightlife. Clubs, bars, discos, dance halls (traditional and Latin beat) and theaters pandering to your every need .  Most of the mayor malls have modern cinemas that show the latest films in English and/or Spanish, almost as soon as they are released.  The biggest Malls in San José are "Multiplaza" and "Terramall" which have nice restaurants and bars where you can enjoy yourself after the cinema. 

The most popular bars are located in the trendy suburbs of Escazú and Rohrmoser, located in the West side of San José.  We suggest  you visit the West end, "Henrys´ Sports Bar",   "Fridays" and "Más Tequila" (More Tequila) in Escazú.
